These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders and bookings made by consumers and businesses via our Shopify website. Deviating conditions of the customer will not be accepted unless explicitly agreed in writing.

3. Conclusion of Contract

• The presentation of products and training on our website is not a legally binding offer but a non-binding invitation to order.

• By clicking “Buy” / “Order”, you submit a binding order.

• The acceptance of the order occurs through an automatic confirmation email.

4. Prices and Payment

• All prices are stated in Euro (€) including VAT and any applicable shipping costs, which will be displayed before the order is completed.

• Payments can be made via the methods listed on the website (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Shopify Payments).

• Training courses are subject to the conditions specified in the respective offer.

5. Delivery and Shipping

• Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.

• Delivery times and shipping costs are displayed during the order process.

• We are not liable for delays caused by third parties or force majeure.

6. Training and Seminars

• The dates and content of booked training sessions are stated in the product description.

• We reserve the right to reschedule sessions for organizational reasons.

• Rebooking or cancellation by the customer requires prior written agreement.

7. Right of Withdrawal / Returns

• Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of goods.

• Sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons (e.g., opened cosmetics) are excluded once the seal is broken.

• Digital training content cannot be returned once opened/downloaded.

8. Warranty and Liability

• The statutory warranty rights apply.

• We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence.

• For simple negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations and only for foreseeable, typical damages.

9. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment is received.

10. Data Protection

We process personal data exclusively in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is available on our website.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

• German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

• For consumers, this jurisdiction applies only insofar as no mandatory legal provisions oppose it.

• For businesses, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the location of our company.
