Damages: DS V-LINE LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us at info@dsvline.us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, the amount will be refunded to your account
